If you’ve been around Midjourney and familiar with generating images, chances are, you’ve heard about “image prompts” or using “reference images” to influence your prompts. Let me ask you this …

Have you ever taken an image or photo you already created or shot, and plugged it into Midjourney to try and get a difference version of said image? Me too … it’s the most common use I see. It’s also how I created my avatar, a self portait pic turned super hero :) I added multiple pics of myself to a prompt to turn myself into a super hero. It’s also how I have created gamer profiles for my kids. They have custom avatars that look like themselves thanks to the use of reference images.
