Senior role — $170k+ (private company)
Here’s some great transparency on what equity package their offering. Since I don’t see a bonus in the mix, equity would be at least $50k annually. That’s a $200,000 over 4-year deal in stock. The greater than symbol in the email signals that they are up for a negotiation to push this a bit more too.
