<p>The first time I realized I might have no idea what I was talking about was when I gave my neighbor dating advice. He told me he had joined a dating site and messaged over 100 women without a single response.</p>
<p>“No problem. This is what you do,” I said. Then I told him my strategy for approaching women on dating sites and what pictures to use. Because I found success on dating sites I should be able to help him.</p>
<p>There wasn’t much difference between my advice and what he was doing already. He thanked me for the pep talk and said he’d try again.</p>
