<p>Inthe North of Vietnam, its capital Hanoi overwhelms the visitor with its thousands and incessant noises, its smells, and the feeling of constant movement wherever you are. Millions of lives are intertwined every day in this Asian metropolis that, more than others, embraces an orderly chaos that connotes its essence.</p>

<p>It is a city that can stimulate all the senses: with its famous cuisine, from street food to fine dining restaurants, is one of the world capitals of gastronomy. The noise of traffic, markets, public announcements, advertising, or traditional songs that leak from the usually-not-even-shut windows does not give a break to your hearing. The foul smells of smog, the garbage bins, and of the open-air butchers, are compensated by the wonderful scents of fruit creatively displayed in the markets, from the smell of the coffee that comes out from the thousands of small cafes scattered around the city; by the scent of tropical plants that adorn the balconies.</p>
