A Perfect (Vegan) Weekend in Mexico City

<p>Eating in Mexico City is a glorious assault on the senses. Every morning, taqueros on bicycles carrying baskets of steamed&nbsp;<em>tacos de canasta</em>, filled with mashed potato and frijoles, roam the busy streets. Later, students, office workers in suits, laborers and families cram around tiny food stands with a plate of tacos balancing on top of a cup of horchata in one hand, leaving the other free to eat with. There&rsquo;s always at least three salsas on the counter (all spicy), plus fresh onion, limes and cilantro to sprinkle on top.
