Of Course, The 1993 Super Mario Bros. Movie is Getting a Special 4K “Trust the Fungus” Edition — And It’s Available For Pre-Order

<p>Oh, 1993&nbsp;<em>Super Mario Bros. Movie.&nbsp;</em>What would we be without you?</p> <p>When this disaster of a movie arrived in 1993, it bombed horrifically, to the point that Nintendo wasn&rsquo;t sure where to move forward with future adaptations until, what, three decades later? That said, it&rsquo;s become a cult classic, with people eating up the performances of Bob Hoskins, John Leguizamo and Dennis Hopper like it was linguini.</p> <p>The movie remains a cult classic today. And yes, I indulge in that, as I bought an import Blu-Ray with the &ldquo;director&rsquo;s cut&rdquo; intact.
