<p>Genetics, the mysterious code of life, often gets labeled as a deterministic force, a fixed script we&rsquo;re born to enact. It&rsquo;s true that genes play a pivotal role in predisposing us to certain diseases. From the color of our eyes to our susceptibility to conditions like diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, and even mental health disorders, our DNA holds significant sway.</p> <p>But here&rsquo;s where it gets provocative: Is it fair to resign to a fatalistic view, accepting our genetic makeup as the unchangeable dictator of our health?
