What about if your favourite shirt suddenly didn’t seem to fit well or if the buttons on your jacket felt like small weights resting along the centre of your chest and stomach?</p>
<p>Being neurodivergent can make you very sensitive to certain fabrics, colours, and patterns too. Sometimes your intolerance of certain types of clothing can be permanent. At other times, your sensitivity can be worsen depending on your current physical or mental state, such as when you’re stressed or upset.</p>
