<p>Where is the tipping point? Will there be a point when the continual advances in technology meant to make our lives better do just the opposite? Or will we live in Orbit City like the Jetsons?</p>
<p>AI, including police robot dogs and self-driving cars, what could go wrong?</p>
<p>You know, all these AI things are only as good as the people who build and program them. Do we really want police robot dogs that are “virtual” officers? Robot dogs, unlike living beings, have nothing to lose, they have no conscience. Should the robot dog maim or kill a person, one could blame that on a computer “glitch.” It would not be a human officer’s fault. Maybe Scooby-doo should program these robot dogs.</p>
