I have carefully selected a few of the most Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), so you can also know what many other people have asked me and how I have responded to their questions &mdash; just in case your students, customers, or clients ask you those same kinds of questions!</p> <h1>Is Conflict Bad?</h1> <p>Since many people have been very badly hurt by conflict, they understandably want to stay away from it &mdash; or get rid of it. In fact, some believe that the world would be a better place if there were no conflict at all. But once we accept that conflict, per se, is neutral, we can then see that its goodness (or badness) is entirely based on how well it&rsquo;s managed. Indeed, any conflict can be addressed with respect and dignity or can be approached with anger and malice. But even more important, conflict can provide a golden opportunity to create better solutions to old problems.
