This Is the Number One Time Thief in a Business

It was 9 a.m. on a Wednesday. I was in a meeting with five other colleagues. The agenda had been set one week before. We had already had one meeting to discuss who should take part in this second meeting. But, instead of discussing the agenda points, the conversation turned to how we needed yet another meeting with even more people. I think I had an out-of-body experience.
