<p>She was a bubbly young woman full of joy and big dreams. And she was passionate about hairdressing.</p>
<p>Katie Ratcliffe had just split from her first serious boyfriend.</p>
<p>The heartbreak was massive for her.</p>
<p>The outgoing Katie, who loved hanging out with friends, dressing up, and going to clubs, began closing herself in. Katie’s friend knew that Katie wasn’t one to sit at home all day.</p>
