The Art of Owning Our Vulnerabilities

<p>There is a common misconception that being vulnerable makes us weak, but how true is that?</p> <p>For me, being vulnerable is about embracing our imperfections, acknowledging our weaknesses, and not trying to hide them from the world.</p> <p><em>Don&rsquo;t try to be perfect, because it not only puts pressure on you but also traps you in being the version that might never exist.</em></p> <p>So, when I suggest being vulnerable, I don&rsquo;t mean going all out, sharing all your pains and suffering with the world. I am accepting it because, for the longest time, I have seen it that way too.</p> <p>Most of all, I had fear of all the emotional baggage and judgments being vulnerable brought.
