Entropy of Team Dynamics
<p>No designer should have to work alone. It’s the team that helps them grow and evolves as a whole. A team with a right mix of skills and cultures brings along nuance of perspectives. It was around 2015 when the number of projects I could put up on my portfolio started to decline. It took me sometime to realise that the next portfolio is going to be all about people and process. Here’s the first one in the series.</p>
<p>Every team represents an invisible embodiment of a rather obscure goal. What is the shape of the team? Is it a support team or a leader in approach? Does the team know what it could grow into over the next few years?</p>
