The story of Istanbulites: Living in a cursed city

Just look at the top floor of any building in Beyoğlu or Şişli, and you see a horrific added storey its swallows the beautiful architecture like a cancer cell. For other parts of the city, the view is such vulgar no one even tries to imagine that was a job of an architect.

Noise too… It comes from all around: Seagulls or cats, neighbor’s rooftop, and five times from broken speakers.

Human beings have to throw their garbage on the street since there is no trash can, and these piles work as a playground for stray animals, which their population got out of control owing to the absence of any policy.
