Steak Wins Thanksgiving
<p>Less than three weeks from that Thanksgiving dinner in 2018, and you were gone. That was the last holiday we spent as a whole family. I think of you every holiday.</p>
<p>2023 was no different.</p>
<p>It marked the 5th Thanksgiving that we spent without you on this earth. So we changed it up and instead of the traditional turkey dinner, we had a Steaksgiving. Your brother chef’d it up and cooked beautiful steaks.</p>
<p>Your momma made the red chile for the mashed potatoes and some other sides, along with pumpkin pie and whipped cream from scratch.</p>
