From COINTELPRO to Migrant Crisis, Chicago has been in a Perpetual State of Emergency.

It is time to tax the ultra Rich and hold the city of Chicago accountable until they restore and repair the harm that was created long before the Migrant Crisis. It is clear that all Communities of color have had about enough. We are in solidarity about this, no doubt. This was a problem before the current Migrant Crisis. What will it take to invest in and restore disenfranchised neighborhoods?
