As Hope Rise strolls by, she can’t help but notice the reserved parking spaces for clients. She sees a beautifully designed building sign: “The Law Firm of Lawyers for Justice and Associates: Mia Harper.” The towering facade in the business district is well-maintained, with bushes and flowers adding a lovely touch to the front lawn. These artworks convey social or political commentary, while some are purely aesthetic or expressive.
