The Southern Baptist Convention is Expelling Churches Led by Women Pastors
<p>While we are on the topic of the subjugation of women (if you missed yesterday’s rant on this topic,<a href="https://carenawhite.medium.com/young-women-are-being-urged-to-give-up-their-careers-and-birth-control-87dc6d65f0b2" rel="noopener"> you can read it here</a>), let’s take a peek at what is going on at the <a href="https://www.nytimes.com/2023/06/13/us/southern-baptist-movement-women-pastors.html?smid=nytcore-android-share" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Southern Baptist Convention’s annual convention</a>.</p>
<p>Convinced that they have somehow time-traveled back to the 50s, the convention voted to expel all member churches that are led by women pastors.</p>
<p>Only male pastors are allowed. Cuz women should never be in authority over men. They can be children’s pastors or women’s pastors, but head pastor? Nope. The fragile male ego can’t handle it.</p>
