Green, Green, My Soup is Green …
<p>There is nothing nicer than a hearty bowl of soup on a cold Fall or Winter day. The Portuguese specialty called Caldo Verde (Green Soup) seen in the photo above is a favorite of mine.</p>
<p>Caldo Verde is a soup made with potatoes and shredded curly Kale (or shredded Collards). It’s pretty easy to make and tastes heavenly.</p>
