Should You Kickstart Your Career in FAANG or in a Startup? (Part 1)
<p>Three years ago, I was a student doing my Data Science internship at Spotify.</p>
<p>I was only a few months away from kickstarting my career, and I had a lot of unanswered questions.</p>
<p>At that time, I asked myself what it meant to lead my own career development. <em>How is it that colleges don’t even offer a crash course on the topic?</em></p>
<p>One of the questions that troubled me the most was:</p>

<p>Another impossible choice to torture myself with.</p>
<p>But unlike picking between a box of McNuggets or the latest Big Bacon Cheesy Mac (<em>or whatever they call them these days)</em>, this one was about setting the trajectory for my entire career.</p>
<p>While I was torturing myself with the question, I realized I wasn’t the only one. Many of us in fact face this dilemma.</p>
