When A Monk Set Himself On Fire — Burned To Ashes

<p>On 11 June, 1963, a Buddhist monk Th&iacute;ch Quảng Đức came out of a car with 2 other monks and sat on a busy Saigon street intersection.</p> <p>One of the 2 monks set a cushion for Th&iacute;ch Quảng Đức and the other poured a 5 liter gasoline over him.
