UX/UI Case Study: E-commerce for second-hand clothes
<p>Our challenge was to design a website for a local business, focusing on delivering a great shopping experience for the end users.</p>
<p>Our group picked a <strong>thrift shop </strong>called <a href="https://www.episode.eu/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Episode</a> that sells second-hand clothes, shoes and accessories. Like many brick-and-mortar thrift shops, Episode does not offer an online shopping platform.</p>
<p>In this article, I will take you through the different techniques we employed throughout the five stages of the Design Thinking process — from <strong>empathizing </strong>with our user to <strong>testing </strong>our prototype — and our findings.</p>
