Do we have a second chance with nature?
<p><em>Prathima Muniyappa is a Designer, Conservator, and a research assistant for the Space Enabled research group at the MIT Media Lab. She is interested in addressing issues of social and climate justice and works in close collaboration with Indigenous communities across the world to support them in the conservation of their culture as well as their land. Her practice learns from the wisdom of alternative cosmologies and cultural world views prevalent among indigenous communities to shape the discourse on the future of conservation, space exploration, synthetic biology, and extended intelligence.
