“Textualist” Judge Amy Coney Barrett and the Second Amendment

<p>&ldquo;Pro-Life&rdquo; Judge Amy Coney Barrett seems to have no problem putting guns in the hands of individual Americans who want to buy them &mdash; every Tom, Dick, and Kyle.
