Seattle vs Prague

<p>As a lifelong non-smoker, I define a country&rsquo;s smoking success as having less of a smoking culture. Compared to the US, Prague has a huge smoking culture. According to&nbsp;<a href="http://www.onconet.cz/index-en.php?pg=news&amp;aid=978" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">data</a>&nbsp;from the Czech National Cancer Control Programme, about 25% of Czechs smoke, compared to approximately 15% of Americans.</p> <p><img alt="" src="https://miro.medium.com/v2/resize:fit:379/1*2_DdiHsW16IpR_OJq1OWxA.png" style="height:516px; width:379px" /></p> <p>% of adult smokers per country, from the Czech National Cancer Control Programme</p> <p>Anecdotally, I&rsquo;ve noticed much more smoking on the sidewalks, in parks, and in the outdoor sections of restaurants in Prague than in the US.
