How to run savvy & productive meetings
<h2>No matter how large or small your team, these methods can render every meeting a success</h2>
<p>Are you tentative or scared when a meeting with a client or teammate looms on the horizon? Or, do you find yourself unprepared to organize a logical meeting set-up to confidently take the lead?</p>
<p>If so, you are not alone. Everyone has moments of doubt when it comes to defining the content of a meeting. It can seem daunting, but does not have to be so.</p>

<h1>Create an outline: Define the why, what, where, who, and when</h1>
<p>There are many tools available to chart the course of a meeting. As designers, we can borrow some of them from UX methodologies.</p>
<p>Meetings should run dynamically and well set-up. The presentation flow should be seamless, without abrupt transitions. There should be a beginning, middle, and wrap-up.</p>
