Revitalizing Miami’s Little Havana
<p>Home to over 60,000 people, it has more than 5,820 buildings and encompasses almost 20% of the City’s rental housing stock.</p>
<p>But 73% of the buildings are 50 years or older and are falling apart day by day.</p>
<p>Back in 2019, <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/plusurbia/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">Plusurbia Design</a> presented a unique revitalization plan to the <a href="https://www.linkedin.com/company/city-of-miami/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">City of Miami</a>:</p>
