Restaurant Review: Restaurant Barr in Copenhagen

Copenhagen is one of my favourite cities in Europe. It possess the rigour and stability of cities like Stockholm and Frankfurt, whilst maintaining a casual aura and fantastic people, like a small village in the south of France. However one of the main reasons to why I love Copenhagen is the food-scene, being the birth capital to New Nordic cuisine with restaurants such as Noma and Geranium.

Restaurant Barr opened their doors in 2017, inhabiting the original location of Noma, a stone’s throw away from picturesque Nyhavn. In fact, Barr is partially owned by Noma founder René Redzepi, who has spent the past 15 years at the cutting-edge of culinary exploration. Because of this, me and my brother had the bar set high entering the restaurant a rainy day in October.
