<p>Anti-snowflakers go by many names, but maybe that’s because they are all around us.</p>
<p>Perhaps it’s because they are us, and we are them, and showing empathy takes energy.</p>
<p>They come in two primary colors: bullies and bystanders.</p>
<p>As a person with a disability and someone who hangs out with an LGBTQIA+ crowd, I’m intimately familiar with snowflake haters.</p>
