Not All Who Wander are Lost: Why I Purposely Got off of My Path

<p>I feel that after being on my spiritual journey for some time&nbsp;, I had become so focused on what was next that I didn&rsquo;t stop to actually recognize and appreciate the person I&nbsp;had&nbsp;grown&nbsp;into&nbsp;so far. I had become so focused on my next step or the next thing I needed to work on that I didn&rsquo;t allow myself to fully experience who I was in that exact moment&nbsp;.</p> <p>That&rsquo;s when I realized that evolution and transformation can start to become addictive when with each progression, you turn into a better version of yourself&nbsp;. It makes you want to keep going at a faster pace to get to the finish line to be able to see that higher version of yourself. By doing that&nbsp;, I wasn&rsquo;t allowing myself to enjoy my progression&nbsp;.
