International Pronouns Day

<p>Honoring all people&rsquo;s requested pronouns is essential for their emotional wellness and, all too often, their physical safety as well. The pronoun issue is often seen as a uniquely transgender matter. But imagine how cisgender males and cisgender females feel if someone uses the wrong pronouns for them. If it&rsquo;s a simple mistake, it&rsquo;s easily corrected, but if it&rsquo;s done maliciously, it&rsquo;s bullying.</p> <p>Since 2018, International Pronouns Day has been honored on the third Wednesday of October.
