<p><strong>Whereas</strong>, Raul Guerrero served as the Editor-in-Chief for “Downtown News,” the first and only multimedia publication dedicated exclusively to Downtown Miami. Downtown News brought together a select group of citizen journalists as collaborators to report, chronicle, and analyze Downtown life. The publication also celebrated individuals and institutions that have made a positive impact on the neighborhood; and</p>
<p><strong>Whereas</strong>, Raul Guerrero is the founder and Director of the Downtown Arts and Science Salon (DASS), where he has dedicated to curating a unique blend of open university and social club; and,</p>
