In Praise of Trainers
<p>I’m talking about shoes, not people, tho lately I’ve run into great coaches online. No, it’s shoes and it’s a change, a style change, that I love.</p>
<p><strong><em>Or, to be precise, my feet love.</em></strong></p>
<p>I started seeing the trend — I’m likely the last one to notice fashion — but that’s OK. It’s good news. A trip to Portugal and Spain revealed my shoes were not “old lady runner shoes.”</p>
<p>Everyone, old and young, wore them.</p>
