The Most Powerful Man in the U.K. Thinks Trans Women Are Bullying Him
<p>Another week in U.K. politics and yet another week of increasingly dangerous transphobia from the government — no surprises there. But this time they might have let the mask slip just a little too much.</p>
<p>It’s political party-conference season in the U.K. and Prime Minister Rishi Sunak, probably the most powerful man in the country, a man who, along with his wife Akshata Murty, is estimated to be worth <a href="https://www.lbc.co.uk/news/explained/inside-rishi-sunak-wealth-net-worth-prime-minister-salary/#:~:text=What%20is%20Rishi%20Sunak%27s%20net,US%20investment%20bank%2C%20Goldman%20Sachs." rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">around £730 million</a> (about $890 million), used the opportunity to announce that he’s being bullied by trans women.</p>
