3 Key Points to Remember When Running Your Life Off Your Calendar

So running my days off a calendar that contains everything has been key for my sanity.

There are a thousand reasons why your day might get thrown off — anything from missing your alarm to an alien invasion. You can’t always control these interruptions, but there are things you can do to limit the effect they’re gonna have on your calendar and the frustration you’ll feel.
