Privilege or Gift
<p>We then tuck our children<br />
in each of their beds,<br />
with all their plans and dreams,<br />
and celebrate their living<br />
with pleasant memories.</p>
<p>I’ve often sat and wondered<br />
In what way is this privilege,<br />
How is this blessing granted<br />
To just we, the fortunate few?<br />
It seems a part of simply living,<br />
a gift we were given, yet soon</p>
