The Big Five personality discrimination

It measures people according to five dimensions; extraversion, conscientiousness, agreeableness, neuroticism and openness. Granted, there are multiple sub-dimensions under these dimensions, adding further complexity to the &ldquo;Big Five&rdquo; personality model, but as the idea of a model is to simplify reality in order to study it, these five dimensions are often sufficient.</p> <p><a href="https://medium.com/@solveig.bjorkholt/the-big-five-personality-discrimination-b7e68ee04b84"><strong>Website</strong></a></p>
