Is Your Pension On Track? Check Your Pension Statement
<p>I recently received my <strong>annual pension statement</strong>.</p>
<p>It’s a document issued every year that shows you <strong>how much you have saved</strong> <strong>so far</strong> and <strong>how much you could have at retirement</strong>.</p>
<p>I saw how much I saved, but when I saw how much I could have at retirement, <strong>I was shocked</strong>.</p>
<p><strong>In 30 years, the statement says that I could have up to £160,000 when I come to retirement.</strong></p>
<p><strong>This is equivalent to today’s money, so in reality it’ll be more, but they don’t say how much.</strong></p>
