I’m white, and I’m participating in Ramadan.
<p>There are no health reasons or spiritual beliefs to benefit from here. Perhaps there is a tiny bit of solidarity in the cause and trying to understand a community.</p>
<p>Now that I had fasted previously for extended periods of time, I saw tremendous benefits in my health, clarity, and spirituality.</p>
<p>However, this time around, I’m looking forward to something different, and I would like you to consider it as well.</p>
