<p>How many times have you left a project or task until the last minute, even though you knew you could have done it earlier?</p> <p>Many times, right? (Don&rsquo;t worry, I&rsquo;m guilty of this too.)</p> <p>Human beings are natural procrastinators; we love to conserve energy.
