Lisbon — Outdoor Parties, Nightlife and Relaxed Vibes

It’s undeniable that the Portuguese got very lucky with having the best sunny weather all year round, an amazing coastline with the best surf spots, and not to mention an incredible nightlife scene with some of Europe’s top festivals and clubs.

Truly — Lisbon is a city that offers the best of everything, and we wanted to give you a sneak peek into how the locals and expats live it up in Portugal. Here’s what a typical day will look like for you in Lisbon.

Working is inevitable but the Portuguese don’t like to wake up very early to do so. Expect the work day to start later, but also to finish later. Once working hours are finishing around 7–8pm — the city comes alive. Dinner naturally starts late around 10am and almost any day out of the year, you can find people sitting outside in restaurants and enjoying the warm weather with a glass of sangria and a plate of bacalhau (their famous cod fish). After dinner of course, come drinks.
