6 Days In Istanbul: Part 1
<p>In May 2023, I finally made it to a place that had been on my bucket list for a really long time: the one and only <strong>Istanbul</strong>.</p>
<p>This leviathan of a city, being Turkey’s and Europe’s most populous and the only city in the world lying on two continents, a gateway between Asia and Europe for centuries, I had been eager to visit Istanbul for years.</p>
<p>Whether it comes to history, bustling markets, impressive mosques, tasty food or trendy bars, this 15 million plus mega city is unmatched and there’s literally nothing that Istanbul cannot provide.</p>
<p>But, on the other hand, as it is such a gigantic city with an incredible abundance of things to explore, it can be quite overwhelming on your first visit, especially if you’re on a tight schedule.</p>
