What I have learned in a month in my first job as a product manager

It has already been a month since I joined my job as a product manager. It is indeed a dream come true. I worked hard and prepared for this role when I was in campus. I started from my city to join my company on my first flight. It was the first time that I went to new city. Therefore, meeting new people and making the conversation was something I needed to improve on. Almost every company organizes induction or training program. I thought it was a good place for me to start. Since major of them are from the same campus, it was easy to develop the conversation. Once I gained my confidence, I interacted with others who have joined the induction program from other campuses around India. For the next step, I found two important tips that made the process lot more easier and by which I developed good friendships. a) If you admire someone in your peer group because of the thoughts they shared or for their contribution, appreciate them genuinely.
