<p>When is the last time you’ve visited a museum? If you’ve done so using an app you probably know the experience can be appalling. Most of the times it’s just better to have a simple audio-guide or a real one.</p>
<p>We live in the age of AI, so why are so many museum apps missing the mark?</p>
<p>To answer this question I embarked on a journey to uncover the good, the bad, and the ugly of museum apps. My goal is to understand what works and what doesn’t to help app creators and institutions around the globe improve their offer to users. My love for museums started even before the passion for technology, so I thought of combining the two.</p>
