Music with Mozart

You can’t help but feel like a part of history when walking through Prague. From the narrow cobblestone streets, to the tremendous over-hanging spires, the city feels medieval. Much has remained unchanged in the last thousand years — Locals still live in quant homes topped with charming red roofs, Old Town still looks like it could host a trade-fair filled with knights and jesters, merchants still fill wagons looking to sell at a foreigner’s expense, and travelers still make a pilgrimage to listen to the famed astronomical clock ring.

I’m sure the food has remained relatively unchanged as well. Filling every menu is at least 10 different preparations of Pork. That’s fine with me. Not every city needs to be a trending foodie paradise. Plus, the most beer per capita in the world tends to make people less picky about their cuisine. Prague knows what it does well, and that’s pork and pilsner; a pairing as perfect as any.
