What do millennials and Gen-Zs want?

I hope you enjoy this article.</p> <h1>The workplace is changing as the new generation is arriving.</h1> <p>Gen-Z and millennials expect more form the workplace then their boomer counter parts as there has been a shift in their priorities. The younger generation is more focused on the overall well-being of health, whether that be mental or physical, the ethical principales of their employers, and diversity.
