How One Year of Microdosing Psilocybin Helped My Career, Relationships, and Happiness

<p>Recently, I completed a one-year experiment in which I took microdoses of psilocybin &mdash; also known as &lsquo;shrooms&rsquo; or &lsquo;magic mushrooms&rsquo; &mdash; almost daily. My goal was to understand the impact it would have on my work, relationships, and mental health.</p> <p>I approached the experiment as a relative newcomer to the world of psychedelics.
