Miami Beach Rocker Al LoJack Serves as the Muse for a Street Artist’s Latest Mural Creation in Trendy Sunset Harbor
<p>Self-taught a<a href="https://www.instagram.com/olasantana.art/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank">rtist Ola Santana</a> from Puerto Rico said frequent treks to Sunset Harbor in Miami Beach to her favorite pizzeria shop became the inspiration for her latest mural.</p>
<p>“Anytime I’d go to Miami Beach to visit my favorite spot I wondered, “Who owns that wall?!” I fell in love with the location and visibility and I knew I had to find out who the point of contact was,” said Santana.</p>
<p>After emails and numerous stops at the property, she learned it was actually owned by a local businessman/musician named<a href="http://www.allojack.com/" rel="noopener ugc nofollow" target="_blank"> Al LoJack</a>. “I finally got a hold of the owner Al, and fortunately for me, he is not only a talented artist in his own right but an art aficionado.”</p>
<p>“Once we met, Al and I had a clear understanding of how we wanted to collaborate. He wanted to have a different way to reach his audience as a musician and he wanted to show others who might not know me who I was as an artist. It’s been a pleasure meeting and getting to work with such a vibrant and altruistic person.”</p>
