<p>Before this virtual meet-up, they were scanned and digitally transformed into “<strong>codec avatars</strong>” with the Meta Quest Pro headset. It was quite the sight. The astonishment in Fridman’s digital eyes was palpable. His first words: “Where am I? Where are you, Mark?”</p>
